Leave Allocation
Steps for Leave Allocation Based on Leave Policy:
- Go to the Leave Control Panel.
- Select Leave based on: Leave Period.
- Choose the Leave Period from the dropdown.
- Enter the Leave Policy.
- Select the Employees.
- Click on Allocate Leaves.
Steps for Leave Allocation Based on Joining Date (for multiple employees who joined on the same date):
- Go to the Leave Control Panel.
- Select Leave based on: Joining Date.
- Enter the To Date for the last allocation period.
- Select the Employees for whom you want to allocate leaves.
- Click on Allocate Leaves.
Steps for Leave Allocation for a Single Employee (or if each employee has a different joining date):
- Go to Leave Policy Assignment.
- Select Assignment based on: Joining Date.
- The Effective From Date and Effective To Date will be automatically fetched. You can edit the Effective To Date if needed.
- If you want to carry forward unused leaves, enable Add Unused Leaves from Previous Allocations.
- Click on Save.
The leave allocation will be created.
