Leave Allocation

Steps for Leave Allocation Based on Leave Policy:

  1. Go to the Leave Control Panel.
  2. Select Leave based on: Leave Period.
  3. Choose the Leave Period from the dropdown.
  4. Enter the Leave Policy.
  5. Select the Employees.
  6. Click on Allocate Leaves.

Steps for Leave Allocation Based on Joining Date (for multiple employees who joined on the same date):

  1. Go to the Leave Control Panel.
  2. Select Leave based on: Joining Date.
  3. Enter the To Date for the last allocation period.
  4. Select the Employees for whom you want to allocate leaves.
  5. Click on Allocate Leaves.

Steps for Leave Allocation for a Single Employee (or if each employee has a different joining date):

  1. Go to Leave Policy Assignment.
  2. Select Assignment based on: Joining Date.
  3. The Effective From Date and Effective To Date will be automatically fetched. You can edit the Effective To Date if needed.
  4. If you want to carry forward unused leaves, enable Add Unused Leaves from Previous Allocations.
  5. Click on Save.

The leave allocation will be created.
